AvaiBook's Price Calendar allows you to consult, organize and modify the base prices of your accommodations quickly and visually. This tool is key to keeping your pricing strategy up to date and aligned with demand.
Where do you find it?
Go to the left side menu and go to:
Planning > Price Calendar
Accommodation selection
At the top of the calendar, you can choose the accommodation you want to manage from the drop-down menu. You can also apply additional filters such as:
Show Inactive
Show busy dates
What information does it show?
The calendar is organized by months and days of the week, and is presented in a very intuitive horizontal table.
For each day you will see:
Configured base rate price
Rate published on channels such as Airbnb (if you have an active connection)
Indicative colors according to the condition:
In the example, you can see the base prices for the month of June 2026, which can be revised and modified as needed.
How to modify prices from the price calendar?
If you're on a Standard or Pro plan, you can manage your daily rates and seasons quickly and visually from here.
In the calendar you will see the prices per day, differentiating reserved and blocked dates. You can navigate with the scroll or the top tabs.
To change prices or restrictions:
Click a day to change it, or select a range to edit a date range.
Name the season, set dates, base price, and additional people.
Set restrictions such as check-in/check-out day, minimum stay, or force weekend.
Save your changes to apply.
Important: To change the price of a single night, season management must be in permissive mode. In moderate or restrictive modes, the minimum stay restrictions must be respected.
Navigation and management
Use the navigation buttons:
Previous/Next to change months.
Today to return to the current date.
Clean filter to reset the selected parameters
You can also access the Multiplanning Calendar if you manage multiple properties and need a more global view.
Where to see pricing if you have Dynamic Pricing with Autopilot enabled?
If you have contracted the Dynamic Pricing service and you are using Autopilot activated, it is important to take into account how your prices are managed and updated.
Automatic daily price update:
With this setting, nightly prices are automatically updated from the Dynamic Pricing tool and reflected directly in the AvaiBook Pricing Calendar.
These prices will not appear in the Seasons section of each property's listing. Instead, you should check the Price Calendar, as it shows the values updated daily according to the tool's recommendations.

This allows you to always have optimized rates adjusted to the real market demand, without the need to manually edit each season.
