Once you have synchronized your accommodation with Airbnb through the complete connection, you will have a new section in AvaiBook exclusively to Linking with Airbnb, from here you can manage specific settings for this portal.

You can access from the My Accommodations menu, select one of the properties linked to Airbnb, and on the right side of the screen click the Manage Rates button.

You will access the Airbnb synchronization configuration area.

If you scroll down at the right in middle of the page, you'll see an Airbnb Rates Maintenance section.

This is where you can also configure the price for additional person, you must choose a single amount for the entire accommodation (for all units if it is partial accommodation) for all seasons.

You must also configure in this section the cleaning extra fee that you want to send to Airbnb, which, as for additional people, is a single amount for the entire accommodation (for all units if it is a partial accommodation).

You can also configure an increase if you want Airbnb rates to be higher, or a decrease if you want to sell with a lower rate on that portal.

*Remember that you only have to configure the sum or difference of prices, not the final price.

*If you want your rates to be the same as in AvaiBook, leave the boxes blank.

The increase/decrease can be configured in euros or percentage, if it is a decrease, remember to put the (-) symbol in front of the amount so that it is negative (for example: -10%).

Remember to hit the Save button (bottom right) so that the changes remain.
