With the new synchronization via Vrbo XML API you can configure your cancellation policy from AvaiBook.

Vrbo XML already has pre-defined policies from which you will have to choose for each of your listings. Here is a summary of the policies that they have:

Relaxed

In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in, the traveler is refunded 100% of the reservation. If they cancel up to 7 days before the check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation.

Moderate

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in, the traveler is refunded 100% of the reservation. If they cancel up to 14 days before the check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation.

Firm

In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the check-in, the traveler is reimbursed 100% of the reservation. If they cancel up to 30 days before the check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation.

Strict

In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the check-in, the traveler is refunded 100% of the reservation.

No Refund

No refunds are offered to the traveler once the reservation has been made.

*The cancellation policy is configured from AvaiBook, but refunds will not be managed automatically by the system. You must make the return manually from the reservation form.
