You can define your accomodation rules and conditions for reservations made through the AvaiBook booking engine. This way you will be able to keep the traveller informed at all times of your conditions.

To configure them, go to the menu Accommodation > My Accommodations and choose a property. You can edit them in the Reservation options tab in the Cancellation policy and accomodation rules section.

Try to make the information clear and not too extensive. You can add it in different languages so that foreign travellers do not have any comprehension problems.

When you have finished, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
